Extended another night but mistakenly booked another type of room. The earlier room for 3D2N was more spacious and cleaner than the 3rd night.
I highlighted the problem mould on the ceiling and broken sink. As usual the friendly staff who came to inspect explained that he would inform and further action to be taken. If I were to book again, I will definitely book the former room.

If a family comes in 5 people, don't book using the trip. Because I already have to. I chose a family room but it's not available. We took the deluxe. Add 1 bath. Once they charged us 1 adult per head RM35 without a bath. Because there are 4 adults. At night at 11.30, we called the room to find out that there are more people in the room. So we didn't want to have much trouble, we just asked to deduct the RM150 deposit. The room is really small and cramped. We came from a long way away and were too lazy to cancel because we had already paid... we just slept and burned RM195. Tomorrow we didn't have the mood to continue spending the night. We moved to a hotel in Sandakan, 1 bed with 2 queen beds, spacious. It's easy to find a place to eat. 1 night at RM145.... wow, it's really comfortable. People from far away who want to come to Sandakan, choose the Sandakan hotel. It's cheap and worth it. And spacious.

Good location, surrounded by eateries. Arrived hotel at 1.40pm but only allow check in after 2pm even room is available, Imposed Rm150 deposit per room which is pointless for regular guest. Found out no room service after back from long day and was informed need to request via QR code/app if need room service. Hotel policy and service not very guest friendly as in the past.
